Jennifer  Stolier brings over two decades of legal experience to her mediation practice.  Her general civil litigation and regulatory experience includes medical malpractice, products liability, toxic torts, and health care regulatory work including representing health care providers in regulatory compliance matters involving fraud and abuse, physician contracting and medical staff bylaws, as well as defending health care providers before their respective licensing boards.  She also spent over 12 years as board counsel and general counsel to the Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board as well as the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners. She received her formal mediation training at the University of Texas School of Law’s Center for Public Policy Dispute Resolution. She served as a deputy special master for the 24th Judicial District Court for all property damage cases related to Hurricane Ida, where she and her colleagues at SMS Dispute Resolution have closed over 3,000 cases with a 97% success rate.
