Jennifer Stolier
Jennifer Stolier brings 23 years of legal experience to her mediation practice.
Her general civil litigation and regulatory experience includes medical malpractice, products liability, toxic torts, and healthcare provider matters including regulatory compliance, licensure, enrollment, operational matters, fraud and abuse, and representing healthcare providers before their respective licensing boards.
In addition, she worked for over 12 years as board counsel and general counsel to the Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board as well as the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners, where she participated in licensure matters, licensee discipline, administrative hearings, rulemaking, legislation, and steered agency response to legislative performance audits. She received her formal mediation training at the University of Texas School of Law’s Center for Public Policy Dispute Resolution. She currently serves as a deputy special master for the 24th JDC for all property damage cases related to Hurricane Ida.
